The client:
IBM was our client during this project. IBM stands for International Business Machines Corporation and is a multibillion-dollar company that designs and sells computer software. IBM is one of the largest IT companies in the world with over 300.000 employees. Its headquarters are in New York.
Situation
All around the world disaster areas. It can happen because of natural hazards, Technological hazards, or even sociological hazards. The disaster areas affect the population in the community by an increase in expanse, loss of energy, food and services, and an increase in the risk of diseases and deaths. Disaster sites are usually difficult to reach by men or machine. IBM wants to use its expertise to design a product to help the disaster sites. This product is the TJbot. It will be able to assist those in need using its IBM Cloud. The client doesn't have an overview of the area and does not know what appliance the TJbot needs.
The project:
The client wants an analysis of the different disaster sites and a scenario where the tjbot can be deployed. IBM wants a programmed TJbot so that it can be deployed with its needed appliance. They also want to know what potential (hardware) modifications must be made.
